Multi-Column Display?

Just trying to see if there is an option to say take 50 links and have them output into 2 columns of 25 links, etc.

Preferably a way to say maxwidth=90%, maxcount=25, maxcol=2, maxrows=2 and have it dump the links to a page, 25 per column, 2 columns wide and if it has any more it adds a second row to a maximum of 2 rows.
