Multi-author list page

Hello there!

I am managing a multi-author blog. There is a author.php present, which if I understand correctly creates my pages per individual author.

But now I want to create a single page that automatically lists all authors. At the moment I fixed this with a page where I inserted a table and manually added all authors and a link to their personal authorpage:

But how can this be done easier and possibly with more options (like, number of blogs, small picture etc…)
