Multi agent chat or chat queue

    Hi guys,

    I would like to use the 3cx chat plugin on my WordPress site.

    However, is there a way so that I can have several “agents” waiting for chat requests to come from the website?

    It seems like at the moment only one agent can receive chat requests.

    Please advise,

    Hello @arduinoman,

    Multiple agents waiting for a chat is available on queue configuration. Do you have the Standard version of 3CX or Professional?

    Thanks for the quick responses.

    We have “Standard Annual”.

    Does this not support the multiple agent waiting feature?

    Hello again and thank you for the information.

    Multiple agents is something supported by the queue engine of 3CX Phone System. As a result on standard version this is not possible.

    Also I would like to inform you that the plugin closed by us and resubmitted for approval, in order to get a Plugin URL based on our business requirements.

    As a result soon the plugin will be back on the WordPress listing.
