Mulitple queries

  • I am using yop poll for our website but facing few issues and would really appreciate a prompt reply.

    • When i click on view votes it displays some stats on top but i am not sure if they are correct or not if its some default then how can i view the accurate results without upgrading to pro version
    • For basic version is there any limitation on number of votes or its unlimited?

    Hello

    Free version has no limitation on number of votes or polls created.
    Also, View Votes is not displaying anything default. It displays your votes in real time.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your considerate response.
    Well i still doubt it. I started a poll in which i made a mandatory custom field email. No one can vote without entering his/he email address… in back end i have received only 7 entries so far but the vote stats is showing Yes:69(75.8%) and No: 22 (24.2%) how could that be possible if its showing results in real time.
    Looking forward to a prompt reply.
