mulitisite role sync

I recently updated an existing site to a multisite, and I need to know if there is a way to sync user roles across all subsites. Currently the plugin is network active, and my main site has all of the roles that were added before the migration to the multisite, so if I could just copy that info to the subsites and get them to synch when changes are made, that would be great.
