Much difference with GA

    Hi there. I’ve been using your accessory for several years and it’s perfect. Thank you very much for your work.
    However, the statistics it gives are nothing like what GA offers. The difference is brutal. This Tuesday GA says that I had 5000 visits and its complement 15000. Why so much difference? Thanks.

    Hi, it’s hard for me to match between what’s in GA and the plugin. There could several factors behind this. Top 10 tracks only hits on a post load. So, if a person reloads the page, or if there are bots hitting the page (I think) then this gets tracked.

    Also, off late, you have safari and other browsers block trackers including GA which I think will also contribute to the differential.

    I have a plan to put in some kind of unique tracking/not tracking bots as additional features but this is for the future.

    My plugin unfortunately can never replace your traditional GA style analytics.
