MU Plugin and Inactive Site Stats

This plugin has been a great resource as we have several themes on a large multisite network. Wondering if there is a version of this plugin that has been extended to also include plugin stats? Or even stats on inactive/”abandoned” sites? Or could recommend one. Thanks so much, all!
