MU not displaying my custom fields or my taxonomies

  • I am testing a new theme in MU, and it does not register my taxonomies and my custom fields only appear on pages and posts, and not in my custom posts types.

    Everything is working fine in WP 3.0, but not in MU . Do I need to add some extra scripts in MU for this?
