MU Domain Mapping not working with new domain

  • I’ve got a long existing MU install from about 2014 that has about 7 domains hanging off of it. I recently went to install a new one, and found that the Domain Mapping plug in is no longer needed/works (?) That was been removed about a month ago, and no new problems have cropped up.

    About a week ago I went to add https://luminousi.com to the MU, using the Add New Site button. But it does not come up, just a blank page. The 2020 Theme is listed as active on that domain under the Themes button. The wp-admin page also goes to a blank page.

    Looking at the settings of other sites, it looks like the only difference is the addition of a “home” option. That is set to the domain name. None of the other existing domains have that option visible.

    The master domain is 1nova.com. I’ve tested https://luminousi.com on it’s own wordpress install to confirm that there is not an DNS issue going on.

    Any one have any ideas to help out?
