Hello,
SendinBlue plugin was developed based on the default “wp_mail()” function of WordPress. The error message you have occurs when this function is already used by a plugin that has been installed prior to the SendinBlue plugin.
If you are looking to use SendinBlue only to send transactional emails, a workaround would be to manually edit your SMTP settings.
– First, unable SendinBlue SMTP module on your WordPress back office. To do so, go to Sendinblue tab > Home > Transactional Emails > Choose NO.
– Second, go to the Settings tab > Writing > Under Post via email, fill your SMTP details with the information found on your SendinBlue account under the SMTP tab.
In case you wish to use the SendinBlue plugin to synchronize your contacts as well, you will need to find the plugin that uses the function and uninstall it.
