mta130.sendingservice.net on blacklist & sending delays
-
Why are you sending emails thru a mail server (mta130.sendingservice.net) that is currently on a black list (UCEPROTECTL3)? This is causing our emails to end up in spam. The exact same newsletter was sent to two different email addresses. One was flagged as spam, the other wasn’t. The only difference between the emails was the sending mail server. The one that was flagged as spam was sent from mta130.sendingservice.net and the one that wasn’t flagged as spam was sent from mta138.sendingservice.net. Both emails were from the same newsletter and same subscriber list on our wordpress site. The content of each email was exactly the same.
I’m happy to provide the full message source of each.
Secondly, why are there significant delays in sending email thru your service? We are seeing that emails are being sent from your mail servers to the recipient up to 11 hours after our website sends an email. For example, visitor registers on our site and is immediately sent a sign-up verification email with link back to the site that they must click to complete their registration. These emails are sometimes delayed by minutes or even hours.
