MSRP Labelling not Working

    I have the plugin MSRP Pricing and have been using it for years. We are redesigning our website and I reinstalled it on the staging site. I always change the label to MSRP + Shipping because our retail prices include shipping, so it is only fair to include shipping with the MSRP pricing, otherwise, the difference would not be realistic. Anyway, the point is that the MSRP Labelling function in the settings is no longer working. Every time I enter MSRP + Shipping, it goes back to the default MSRP after I save. This is the staging site. The MSRP price is set to show on the homepage, the shop page, product category pages and single product pages. I really hope you can tell me how to fix this. Thanks.

    MSRP Pricing is a premium plugin which we support via our ticket queue. As a licence holder, you are eligible for WooCommerce official support.

    Thank you, I will try again. I submitted a ticket yesterday and was told that I could only get support for a paid product. I don’t know how they figured MSRP Pricing was free, but oh well…
