MSQL Load

I have been having problems with my host who claims that I am overloading MSQL. My traffic is low and I can’t think of any reason. Perhaps this plugin?

My site has just 1.5K pages and WP Super Cache tells me:

“Cached pages since Jul 9, 2011 : 96,834”

Is this normal. How do you double exclude WP Super Cache from the database buster list? My WP Super Cache is set to automatic preload at 7000 minutes. It is also set to all advanced/recommended settings including compression.
