MS: Allow User Signups-Users can create sites

Hey Everyone

I have a tricky question. On Multisite, I know you can allow only user signups, user and sites signups, and then “logged in users can create sites”

What I am trying to do is a little different though the verbiage of that last option would seemingly fit but doesn’t. I want users to be able to sign up to my Multisite network without an option to initially create a blog.

However, once they are signed up and logged in, I want them to be able to create sites on the network. If I select the logged in users can create sites then registration is disabled for general public which I don’t want.

I am using WP User Frontend Pro for a custom registration page. I am wondering now if the only quick solution I have is to use a Quick redirect from wp-signup page to the page my custom form is on?

Any input would be appreciated ??
