MRW Carrier Plugin not being able to generate PDF

Thank you for answering.
I’ve done that before and I’ve also whitelisted some files of this plugin in site integrity. Now, even if I leave “exclude request from inspection” empty, it doesn’t create any error in the activity log.

It keeps downloading the mrw download.php file instead of a pdf with multiple labels.

Any idea?

I suspect that you need to turn off “Disable PHP in uploads” on the Hardening tab.

That’s bad because it’s a security breach. The plugin has been created by unskilled beginners because the media folder is not for executable code. I would recommend not using it.
