Mpesa organisation. Doesn’t exist

Mpesa payment the organization doesn’t exist ,the pay bill doesn’t exist the organization doesn’t exist I have tried emailing flutterwave all hands are in this I’m told but it’s been two weeks ,I’m being told I should be patient ,
