Mpdf and PSR Log Aware declaration compatibility

    There is an issue when generating the delivery label manually. It triggers the following fatal error:

    Une erreur de type E_COMPILE_ERROR a été causée dans la ligne 15 du fichier wc-planzer-shipping/vendor/mpdf/psr-log-aware-trait/src/MpdfPsrLogAwareTrait.php. Message d’erreur : Declaration of Mpdf\Mpdf::setLogger(Psr\Log\LoggerInterface $logger) must be compatible with Psr\Log\LoggerAwareInterface::setLogger(Psr\Log\LoggerInterface $logger): void

    I am using the latest version of your plugin (1.0.18) on PHP 8.1.
