MPC needed for CTX Feed?

    I wonder whether it is necessary to also enter the item number in the ‘custom fields’ option because I also use the item number for ‘stock’
    Here is another screenshot.
    I never actually fill this out, but is it necessary? If I DO this, will the feed ensure that the products are displayed faster or what is the function of the item number for CTX feed?

    Thanks for reaching us,

    If you’re managing stock numbers in WooCommerce, you can retrieve the value using the Quantity attribute. There’s no need to handle the stock number from custom fields again.

    I use the article numbers already in Woocommerce.
