.mp3 upload HTML error

  • Hi there.

    I am the web developer of church’s website. Their sermons are in .mp3. Recently, they have not been able to upload successfully, granting me a HTML error. It is only 30mb, so the size shouldn’t be the issue.

    Any thoughts?

    First, would you please give us a link to your site?

    Second, would you please quote the full error, or is it just “HTML Error”?

    And, third, what does your maximum file upload size say at Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard?
