MP3 Playing in browser, not downloading

When I click on a link in the receipt email the MP3 starts playing in the browser, not downloading. The URL also changes to the address of the file, not the encrypted link.
i.e. https://img.mydomain.com/edd/2020/11/Follow-That-Star_with-vocals.mp3
The img subdomain points to wp-content/uploads.

I have the Download Method set to forced. Anything I’m missing?
