Mp3 audio doesn’t play

    Hello! We are creating an ecommerce website with WordPress/Astra/Elementor/Woocommerce for audio books but we are trying to embed a mp3 audio file for the user to preview it (the first chapter of a book for example) and the audio doesn’t play at all. We tried to embed it through WordPress, firstly we uploaded it on the media and used the link from there. Also we tried to embed it with html widget and uploaded it on a google drive, again didn’t work. We checked other browser also didn’t play.
    Does anyone have a clue what we are doing wrong or if we have to take other steps?

    A link to the page might help to explain this for you. If this does not work, I would recommend that you contact Astra and/or Elementor support, depending on which you use to output the file in the frontend.
