MP doesn’t recognize subscriber but it does when I open by my account

For both shortcodes, it’s expected that it doesn’t load for people who didn’t subscribe to your email list or don’t have an account on your website: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/222-customize-your-manage-subscription-page

But it also doesn’t load for people who did subscribe to my email.
I have the subscription form as well. People type email etc. in the form, click on subscribe and then it says that they aren’t a subscriber and the shortcode doesn’t load…

But it loads when I do it from the browser which is logged in to my wordpress-account.

I tried a subscription form from my template for subscribing to mailpoet now.

and although this error occurs:

The subscritpion was succesful… but then still i have the problem that unsubscribing doesn’t work because the mailpoet-subscribing pathway doesn’t work at my website yet.

maybe this helps to find the causing problem.

now i tried an affiliate programm and the link tracking is just working when I open the link by the browser which is logged in to my wordpress account. If i open the link from other devices or browsers, than the affiliate programm doesn’t count any click.

So maybe it’s not a problem in mailpoet but in tracking a link whether it’s a subscriber or whether it’s an affiliate click.
