Hi could someone be so kind to help me. I’ve just launched my website and thank you so much for the template. But i’ve discovered that my site looks fine in Internet Explorer, Chrome and Opera but in Firefox its not working correctly.

Im accessing my site on my computer but Firefox seems to think i am on a mobile, because of this its not looking right and the template is conflicting.

Please could I have some advice please, regards Alex.

  • Hi Alex,

Can you please share your site so that I can test it?

    Alex,

The site looks fine to me in both Chrome and Firefox. I think you are facing a cache problem. Please try clearing your browser cache in all browsers and see the change.

Hi Jitendra, unfortunately those two images you took dont show the full layout of my site, it looks broken in your two pics. I should have widgets on either side of the article.

I have seen my website in explorer, chrome and opera and it works fine but for some reason my end in firefox it doesnt.

Having looked at your pics again the layout should only look like that in mobile or tablet version and even then it should look better, the top left of your pic looks conflicted with text layout issues

Are you on a mobile or computer?

I am testing this with my computer. Can you please share two screenshots of the issue you have? One in any regular browser and one of Firefox?

    Hi Jitendra,

Really appreciate you taken time out to assist with me but ive managed to solve the issue, it was to do with my main menu along the top. I had too many categories on the menu with long names.

    This effected the layout.

What I did was make most of them sub categories and placed them under the category mens hairstyles.

Its cleaned things up and now actually looks a lot more tidy.

Plus I was also being a bit dipsy and I zoomed out in firefox as the text was too big.

Cheers mate, have a good day.

Great you found the issue and figured it out.
