Moving WP to a different server

Good morning,

We have recently decided to host our blog ourselves. Unfortunately, our IT guys didn’t read the instructions and now we’re in a jam.

I was wondering if there was any way whatsoever to get our blog back to it’s state before we attempted to move it, so that our WP blog & admin panel doesn’t forward to it’s new URL. Any help would be appreciated.
