Moving WP from subdomain to actual domain

  • Hello.
    I have a WordPress instance on site.mydomain.com and I’d like to change it to mydomain.com

    Now, since it’s a HUGE site I’m quite scared to do all the movings I need some help because I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do.

    Sites and subdomains are on different root folders:

    /domains/site.mydomain.com/html/wordpressfiles
    /domains/mydomain.com/html/
