Moving WP!

Hi,

So I’ve got my WordPress installed on a subfolder on one of my domains but I just bought a new domain just for my “blog” and was wondering how to move it from domain1.com/wp to domain2.com (they’re all on the same server, mine).

I know it doesn’t work to just copy all the files and move them to the new domain folder/account due to the database and such, so how do i do it, done some posting and stuff and wouldn’t want to re-do it all?
