Moving worries!

    I’ve been beta testing my wp theme on my site, so it has been in a subfolder on the site.

    Now that it’s ready I wanted to move it to the root directory. I did the recommended steps. Changed the WordPress address URI and the Blog address URI. Then cleared the cache folder and moved the entire thing to the root directory.

    The index page shows fine. However when I click on any of the links which were working fine before I get an error.

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Any ideas?
