Moving WordPress Installation not possible – No administrative privileges error

Hi,

at the moment I try to move my WordPress installation from one webspace to another webspace because of a provider change.

What I did:
– Copy the whole WordPress folder from the old webspace to the new webspace
– Export the database from the old mysql server
– Change the URLs from https://www.mysite.com to https://www.tempgenericdomain.com in den SQL-File with Search and Replace
– Import the database to the new mysql server

Try to access https://www.tempgenericdomain.com but this doesn’t work. The error: Sorry, but you don’t have the administrative privileges needed to do this.

What is going wrong here? The privileges on the server are set to 755 on all files and folders.
