Moving website content to a different domain

I have built my second website with a sub domain until it had enough content for me to put my domain from my old site to it. I have my domain with Google domains, unfortunately I have another 30 day until I can move it so I cant transfer it to Hostinger at the moment. How can I move the contents of the sub domain site over to my domain, which I have now pointed it to Hostinger?? I have looked up on the help page but still can’t make heads or tails out of it! Otherwise I will have to re build my site again!!!
