Moving Website

I’m currently running my WordPress site on https://www.slowestrunner.com/tgg and need to move it to https://www.twogoglobal.com. I host both of those domains with godaddy web hosting.
I found a wordpress document that gives me various instructions but am not sure which to follow.

From what I understand I would be changing domains and moving directories on an existing server.
