Ok, so I was convinced via word of mouth to move to this plugin. I am currently using S2Member and followed the steps in this article: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/migrate-from-s2member-to-pmpro/

However, when I try to use the import tool the plugin throws errors and redirects me to the admin page again. I cannot import and I do not get a specific error from the javascript tool. In other words, I cannot use the plugin. I was interested to use this but if the free version doesn’t allow me to even start up the site I cannot move on . I hope there is some form of support here after reading the disclaimer in the beginning.

    Hi,

Thank you. I am using this addon (from the article) https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/pmpro-import-users-csv/

I downloaded the extra advised E20R Utilities Module module as well.

As this Add On is a commercial Add On, we cannot support it on these forums as this would go against www.remarpro.com guidelines.

Please reach out to us directly at https://paidmembershipspro.com/contact for further assistance with this.

    Kind Regards,
