Moving to Newer Mac-how to retain WP on my server

    I’m not so great at this stuff: my Mac with OS 10.4.6 is being replaced with a new iMac with the latest OS. Right now my WP blog works great on my Mac’s apache server.

    Question: how can I transfer my existing blog to my new computer without having all the connection/other problems that I had setting it up? What should I back up/copy from my old and copy onto my new computer?

    Thanks for any advice.
