Moving to Folder?

i created a flash intro for my site, which is now the index.html file. I installed WP in my site root, but now the index.html has taken over. I still want to keep a flash intro (it’s very minimal anyway) and have the site be mysite.com WITHOUT the trailing slash, but I’m perfectly fine with moving my site into a folder, so it would be mysite.com/site
