Moving to a new server – error :(

  • I used cPanel to backup and move my entire website to a new server and I also moved my WP database and when I tried to oped my admin page I get this errror :
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_bloginfo() in /home/allabout/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 304

    Can someone please help ?
