Moving the banner and logo around

Hi

I have a post somewhere on here, but I can’t find it anywhere, been looking for a while, as I know you’ve already answered this for me before ??

Just wanting a bit of code to allow me to move the banner showing on my homepage to the left a bit, and add a special offer circle to the right of it. This is the header banner area I’m talking about.
