Moving slider on home page.

Hi, I would like to move the slider below the text on the main page only (not the post index page..a separate page I have defined as a home page). Is this possible? I have it set up as full page width (no sidebars) and have no need to change that. I have not used the custom page template anywhere so that can be altered, if the theme allows me to use the custom page template on the page I am using (not the post index…a separate page).

I have seen the move slider snippet but this will be for every page?

Is it possible to rejig this so the slider is only moved for a page I have created called “home”.
