moving posts to a page

I created a blog that has posts on it. I need to reorganize it to make it more usable since it will ow be used by a larger number of people. I created pages and added php so that posts can be made on each page. Is there a way to move the posts that were created before the pages were made (currently residing on the home page) on to the new pages? Thanks.
