Moving Post Meta Data Under The Title In A Line

  • Hi All,

    I am quite new to WordPress and am having trouble doing something really simple. I have Goggled and Goggled but nothing…

    I would like to move the post meta data from a block on the left side of my posts (link here) to under the title in a line.

    Please any help will be much appreciated.

  • Your theme is built on the Genesis framework and Genesis themes have tons of support available. You can check out the StudioPress documentation where I found this page on moving the post meta.

    Did you purchase the paid version of ayotheme? If so try the developers of the theme as well.

    When you search for information about your theme always put genesis in the search, there are lot of developers who write blog posts and tutorials that are very helpful.

    Hi,

    Yep I tried this. I am using ayotheme which is a non paid theme and I am not sure where the theme is pulling the CSS from.

    If I change the theme CSS from display: block; to display: line all the content gets pushed and the post info does not come below the title.

    I have been looking all day and would not have posted otherwise.

    I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.remarpro.com here.

    Really?? Not sure I understand…Is this not a forum to help wordpress users??

    The www.remarpro.com support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on www.remarpro.com. We do not support themes downloaded from elsewhere.

    Just to clarify if anyone downloads a theme, plugin or whatever from outside of wordpress then there is no support – correct

    We do not support those plugins or themes here – correct.

    Yes, there is support, plenty of it! But not here on www.remarpro.com. I find the Genesis community to be very helpful.

    Yes I do but the post info is coming from the theme there is no theme support for ayoshop.
