Moving Photo Files to a New Subdirectory

I need to move a handful of my photos to a new subdirectory because Google has blocked all my photos from SafeSearch because a handful of them contain “adult” images. They said if I moved all the “adult” images to a subdirectory, they could unfilter the rest of the site. So I want to move all existing adult images to https://[domain]/adult/. How would I go about doing this? Any help or direction would be much appreciated. Thanks!
