Moving my WordPress!

What is the best way to move my wordpress (along with domain and vBulletin) to another server?

I obviously just install WordPress and copy the files over… I also must download the posts, comments, etc (all the database stuff). I am not sure how exactly i copy the database stuff over….

My understanding for zero interruption is:

• Install latest WP on new server
• Copy over files
• Download DB info and upload to new server
• Make sure everything is working…
• Change DNS server to new server
• Change domain name in WP settings

Do I have this all right?

Anything else I’m missing… I need zero downtime and can’t afford to lose any ranking in Google. Also, I want to upgrade to the newest WP version.
