Moving my URL to wordpress

I have a wordpress blog https://www.beachesbitchesandboasts.com and a blogger blog https://www.pammenteryoung.com

I want to move my pammenteryoung.com to wordpress and have it the main page for my site and have the beachesbitchesandboasts.com url point to one of the pages on the pammenteryoung.com site.

I hope this makes sense. I am very new to wordpress so would feel more comfortable with telephone guidance rather than email guidance. I’m prepared to pay for someone who can get this done for me without interruption in my two sites.
