Moving my site from Windows to Linux and need help

    My windows site stopped working and my service provider cannot get it working again. I cannot get the site up or the access the admin. I decided to setup a new Linux site under a new domain name, and it is currently up and running. How do I go back to the old site and bring over all the themes, plug-ins, content and database?
