Moving my nav bar

Hello,

This is going to be a really stupid question but I cannot adjust my nav bar on my site. I want it to sit underneath my banner not on top like it currently is, however when I adjust the css that targets the nav bar it is not moving. What am I doing wrong? When using firebug there appears to be 3 rules that target my nav bar and I am not sure which one I should be using have attempted all 3 but with no joy. It appears there is
