moving multiple comments, no meta-box

I’m moving multiple comments from a post to a page. If I check the boxes to select several comments, then select “Move Comments” from the “Bulk Actions” drop-down list, then click on “Apply,” I would expect your meta-box to pop up so I can select a destination. However, it never pops up. Have I neglected to do something? Do I perhaps have to go through each comment, selecting a destination for each (in my case, the same page), then do the bulk move?

I must move a large number of comments a post to a page, so I can utilize features in Access Press Parallax. I’m running WordPress 4.2.2 and your Tako Moveable Comments 1.0.6.
