Moving mobile menu button and troudles with tables in mobile version

Hi

Ive been using your theme for a client and its working great. But I could use some help with three issues in the mobile version of the theme.

Most of them concern the css and function of the mobile theme, since I havent found a way to alter that at all.

1. Is it possible som move the menu button in the mobile theme? Maybe append it to the header instead of floating by the side?

2. The header still floats along when I scroll in the mobile version, its distracting and gets in the way on smaller phones, any way to make it sty put, only in the mobile/tablet version?

3. Ive used both tables for information and contact forms on several pages. In the mobile version these seme so somehow go outside the screen, making the page both jump back to top while scrolling and honestly looking ugly.
Im using contact form 7 and normal shortcode for the tables. None of the contact forms has any specific width. Please take a look and help me solve this. The last problem occurs for me on an Samsung Galaxy S2 with OS 2.3
