Moving LinkWithin related posts from blog excerpt

Hey guys,

I reallllly appreciate anyone who tries to help me with this.

So if you go to my website, Hardgainer Workout Routine, you’ll notice the plugin LinkWithin displays the related posts in the excerpts of blog posts on my homepage.

However, I don’t want that. I simply want them to display at the end of my post, and not in the excerpt (same with SexyBookmarks, but that’s another topic).

Any help is much appreciated, thanks!
