moving links from above header

Hi. I recently d/loaded and installed a theme “Shaded Grey” What I need help with is there are links I have that installed above the header see https://blog.rodrose.com What I would like to do is have the links inside the header or at least just below it. Is there someone who can help me with the editing of the code to do this. Thanks. Rod ??
