moving link categories

Hi,

I get from the documentation how to reorder links within categories by passing parameters within the wp_get_links() tag, but what I want to do is reorder the link categories.

This seems like such an obvious thing that I’m sure it’s been answered elsewhere, but I can’t seem to find the answer.
