Moving hosted WP blog to global WP.com possible?

Hi all,

I have a hosted blog and love to blog. The only problem is that im not getting that much traffic. I do a lot of things to support traffic and it helps, but only marginal.

I was thinking of moving my blog to myblog.wordpress.com so I can make use of the social features like Tag surfer.

My question. Whats the best way to move/transfer my hosted blog to the myblog.wordpress.com website (with out starting over)?
