Moving from Zip Recipes plugin

    Hi
    I have been using Zip Recipes for several years but would like to switch it to Cooked Pro. But first I would like to know if I must re-write all my recipes from scratch (there are about 150) with Cooked or there is any easier way to transform them into Cooked. Thanks for your help!
